Refund Policy

Ecom Technology Co. L.L.C provides strategic digital consultation services.

All consultation booking fees are considered confirmation deposits and are non-refundable once the session has been scheduled.

Clients may request to reschedule their session by providing at least 24 hours’ prior notice via email.

Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session may result in forfeiture of the booking fee.

Refund requests under exceptional circumstances will be reviewed at the sole discretion of Ecom Technology Co. L.L.C.

Consultation services provide strategic guidance and professional recommendations.

Ecom Technology Co. L.L.C does not guarantee specific financial, operational, or project outcomes.
